Growing up in a Tier 3 city in Odisha, Amit Kumar Padal saw firsthand how regulatory compliance often became a roadblock for small businesses. Entrepreneurs with big dreams found themselves struggling with complex legal requirements, lacking access to expert guidance.
During his Chartered Accountancy internship, Amit witnessed the depth of this challenge—missed compliance deadlines, GST filing hurdles, and licensing roadblocks that stifled business growth. This experience planted the seeds for Tradeviser: a platform built to make compliance simple, accessible, and affordable for every business, regardless of size or location.
“Compliance should not be a privilege—it’s a necessity that must be hassle-free for everyone,” says Amit.
What started as an idea has now grown into a thriving venture, driven by a dedicated team. Today, Tradeviser is led by Amit Kumar Padal , supported by Madhusmita Padal, Kartika Padal and long-time partner Yashwanth Pesala.
