Job Description
As a Company Secretary at Tradeviser, you will gain hands-on experience across corporate governance, secretarial compliance, and regulatory management. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the company maintains full compliance with applicable legal and statutory requirements. This role offers strong exposure to company law, ROC filings, governance processes, and financial reporting, making it ideal for candidates looking to build a robust career in corporate compliance and secretarial practice.

Key Responsibilities:
-Drafting, preparing, and filing statutory forms with the Registrar of Companies.
-Maintaining and updating statutory registers, company records, and compliance documentation.
-Coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes.
-Assisting in the preparation of annual returns, annual reports, and financial statements.
-Conducting research on Companies Act, rules, notifications, and compliance requirements.
-Supporting the implementation and monitoring of corporate governance policies.
-Assisting the finance and accounts team with basic accounting tasks and financial analysis whenever required.

Skills Required:
-Strong knowledge of Companies Act and ROC compliance
-Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
-Good communication and drafting abilities
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Ability to multitask and meet compliance deadlines
-Interest in corporate governance, secretarial work, and legal research
