If you are not satisfied with the services subscribed, we will issue a full refund, excluding government and professional fees already incurred. This refund will be processed within seven working days of receiving your refund request.
2. Refund on Part-Completed Services:
If you request a refund for a service that is part-completed, a 10% service charge may be deducted in addition to the professional and government fees incurred. This deduction is aimed at covering administrative costs associated with the partially completed service. The refund request must be submitted within fifteen working days of the completion of your service request; requests made thereafter will not be considered.
3. Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please raise a refund ticket within the specified timeframe. The refund will be processed promptly, and you can expect the funds to be returned through the original payment method.
